PEMAYETV EMAHAKV CHARTER SCHOOL CAFETERIA
Conceived of as a modern interpretation of the indigenous “Chickee”, the cafeteria building at the Brighton Reservation for the Seminole Tribe of Florida explores the relationship of precedent form with contemporary use. The dominant roof form is lifted above the ground plane providing unobstructed views to Tribal lands. The building was delivered on an accelerated project schedule and complies with Florida SREF requirements.
