Careful analysis leads to the identification of a historic artifact’s value. Detailed evaluation provides a “snapshot” of a property’s current condition and projects the feasibility for a range of preservation treatments.
The firm regularly prepares architectural documentation to HABS / HAER standards for either Section 106 compliance and loss mitigation or as a part of a larger preservation program. In addition, the firm prepares planning documents such as Historic Structures Reports following the National Park Service recommended practices and ASTM STP 1258.
